United Federal files directly with the agencies that issue carrier authority. We are a private compliance company registered as a BOC-3 processing agency, serving owner-operators and fleets in all 50 states.

Most of our clients are between one and twenty trucks. They do not have a compliance department, and they cannot lose a week to a filing that was rejected on a technicality.
United Federal was built around a simple observation: the rules are public, but the sequence is not. A USDOT number has to exist before an OP-1 can be filed. The OP-1 has to be paired with insurance and a BOC-3 before authority is granted. A driver cannot be dispatched before a Clearinghouse query and a qualification file exist.
We keep that sequence and file it in order. When something is missing, you hear it from us in a phone call rather than from an investigator at a weigh station.
We tell you what you do not need
A one-truck owner-operator running intrastate does not owe UCR. A fleet that never crosses a state line may not need MC authority. We say so before anything is filed.
The fee, stated first
The service fee is on every page. Government fees are listed separately, never bundled into one number.
The confirmation is the record
Anyone can promise a filing. What survives a roadside inspection is the stamped confirmation, the certificate, the Schedule 1. That is what we hand over.

BOC-3 processing agency
Registered to accept and submit BOC-3 process agent designations to the FMCSA, including blanket filings covering all 50 states.
Form 2290 e-file provider
Form 2290 returns are e-filed with the IRS and the stamped Schedule 1 is returned to you the same day the agency accepts it.
Drug and alcohol TPA
We administer consortium programs under Part 382, manage random selection pools and act with your designated employer representative.
Clearinghouse support
Pre-employment full queries and annual limited queries, with driver consent records retained alongside the results.
What we are not
United Federal Compliance is a private company. We are not the FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You can file most of these forms yourself directly with the agency at no service charge. Carriers hire us to file them correctly and on time.
